In een interview van het Japanse gamesite Nikkei geeft een lokale Sony topman meer informatie over het aankomende PlayStation VR. Ook naar de compatibiliteit met pc werd gevraagd, en volgens Sony is de kans bestaande dat de PlayStation VR headset ook gebruikt zal kunnen worden op computers in de toekomst. Wel benadrukt de topman dat ‘voorlopig niets gepland is’ en momenteel de focus ligt op de PS VR games. Wel ziet het er naar uit dat de mogelijkheden van de virtual reality headset van Sony in de toekomst zullen toenemen.
